Box Breathing Timer

Box breathing timer explanation

This box breathing timer guides you through each phase of the calming breathwork technique 4-4-4-4. Reset your nervous system.

Box breathing is a simple breathing technique used by the US Navy SEALs, therapists, and anyone who needs to calm down quickly. The pattern is straightforward: inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four, hold for four. Repeat.

You can do it at your desk, before a meeting, or whenever your nervous system needs a reset. Four rounds takes about two minutes.
